The Voter Helpline app, developed by the ECI, has transformed the way citizens interact with election-related services. From the registration of new electors to the correction of demographic details in the electoral roll and searching for names in the electoral roll, the app covers a broad spectrum of election-related activities. Its user-friendly interface has streamlined the process of connecting the ECI with citizens, making it more accessible to everyone.
By simply tapping a few buttons on their smartphones, users can now submit forms and access various election-related information directly from the ECI portals. The application ensures a hassle-free experience, allowing citizens to complete the entire process, from registration to login, within a matter of minutes. This eliminates the need for traditional form submission methods, such as visiting offices or engaging in face-to-face contact with Election Officials.

Mr. B. S. Jaglan, IAS, the Chief Electoral Officer of Andaman & Nicobar Islands, has urged all citizens in the region to download the Voter Helpline App. This proactive step will enable residents to access the aforementioned services conveniently from the comfort of their homes, emphasizing the app’s role in promoting a more accessible and efficient democratic process.
