Committee Formed to Help Students Cope with Exam Stress Ahead of Board Exams

With the All India Senior School Certificate Examination (AISSCE) and All India Secondary School Examination (AISSE), 2026 approaching, the Directorate of Education has constituted a committee to provide assistance to students experiencing mental stress and psychological pressure during the examination period.

Students appearing for board examinations often face considerable stress and anxiety, particularly those taking the AISSE for the first time. Recognising their vulnerability, the Directorate of Education, in collaboration with officials from ANIIMS and the Health Department, has formed a dedicated committee to extend counselling and psychological support to needy students.

Students have been advised to contact the above members directly to seek guidance and redressal of their concerns. The Directorate has emphasised that timely counselling and professional support can help students effectively manage stress and approach their examinations with greater confidence.
