Campbell Bay, 06 July 2023

A written examination for the Common Matric Level Recruitment has been scheduled to fill up 2520 vacant posts of various categories of Group ‘C’ posts under different departments of the A & N Administration. The examination will be conducted in two sessions, morning and evening, on July 9, 2023 (Sunday). Examination centers have been established from Campbell Bay in the south to Diglipur in the north. The specific examination center and time have been indicated on each candidate’s online admit card.

All candidates have been notified that they must strictly adhere to the instructions provided online along with their admit card. Candidates are required to arrive at the designated examination center as specified on their admit card. Only the online admit card, an additional photo-bearing identity card (such as Aadhaar, Islander, PAN, driving license, or voter identity card), and a black ballpoint pen will be allowed within the examination center. Mobile phones or any electronic devices are strictly prohibited.

Recently, the authorities have received representations, requests, and emails from candidates whose admit cards contain misspelled names, incorrect dates of birth, different photographs, or no uploaded photograph at all. In the larger interest of the candidates, the competent authority has decided to provisionally accept the candidature of these individuals to appear in the examination. However, they must present proper authentic proof in original to the Center Superintendent for verification. Candidates whose photographs were not correctly uploaded have been instructed to bring an additional three recent photographs to the respective examination center, along with their identity proof.

Any violation of the established norms and instructions will be taken seriously, and appropriate actions, including involving the police, will be initiated.
