B.Tech Civil Engineering students of Dr. B. R. Ambedkar Institute of Technology (DBRAIT), Sri Vijaya Puram, presented a thought-provoking patriotic skit on National Integration as part of the Republic Day celebrations, highlighting India’s rich cultural diversity and enduring unity.
The skit depicted the country’s varied cultures, religions, traditions and languages, effectively conveying the message of “Unity in Diversity.” Through expressive performances and patriotic narration, the students emphasized the importance of mutual respect, tolerance and collective responsibility in preserving and strengthening India’s cultural heritage.
The performance strongly advocated the values of peace, harmony and brotherhood, underscoring the need to rise above barriers of caste, creed and religion. The skit concluded with a powerful patriotic message that resonated with the audience, inspiring a renewed commitment to national unity and social cohesion.
The programme was organised under the supervision of Mr. Altamash Mustafa, Assistant Professor and Associate Dean, IQAC, DBRAIT, along with the Head of the Department of Civil Engineering. The skit was widely appreciated by faculty members and students for its meaningful content, effective coordination and impactful presentation.
Such cultural and value-based initiatives play an important role in nurturing national spirit, social responsibility and cultural awareness among students.
