Deadline for Seeding Aadhaar with Ration Card Extended to 16th March 2023; Post Deadline Ration Card Will be Deactivated

All APL beneficiaries who have not seeded their Aadhaar number with their respective ration cards have been informed that the time period for seeding of Aadhaar number has been extended till 16th March 2023. 

All such APL ration card holders who have not yet seeded their Aadhaar may get their Aadhaar number seeded before 16th March 2023,  failing which the unseeded members shall be consider bogus & the ration card to which such members are attached will be deactivated. 

The de-activated /deleted person/ration card can be considered for re-activation/addition subject to submission of Aadhaar number in person. Further, all those members who could not seed their Aadhaar numbers due to non-enrolment, have been requested to get themselves enrolled immediately.

The list of the un-seeded members have been provided to the respective Fair Price Shops for the convenience of the ration card holders. Ration card holders can also seek clarification through Toll Free Nos. 18003453197 & 03192-233346, a press release received from Directorate of Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs said.
