Cmde S. Raghav, Deputy Director General of the National Cadet Corps (NCC) Directorate (Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, Andaman & Nicobar Islands), Chennai ‘A’, paid a courtesy call on Admiral D. K. Joshi (Retd.), Hon’ble Lieutenant Governor of Andaman and Nicobar Islands and Vice-Chairman of the Islands Development Agency, at Raj Niwas on 28th May 2025.
During the meeting, Cmde Raghav discussed proposals related to the conduct of adventure sports events by the NCC Andaman Unit. The discussions also focused on the roadmap leading to the prestigious Prime Minister’s Rally 2026 in New Delhi.
Key aspects of administrative support and facilitation required from the Andaman and Nicobar Administration for these initiatives were also deliberated upon during the interaction.
