The Directorate of Education, Andaman and Nicobar Administration, has issued a provisional statement of marks for candidates who applied for the 413 vacant posts of Primary School Teacher. This follows the scrutiny of applications submitted in response to Vacancy Notice No A/769/2023-RMIS/CELL-EDN_AN/65435/1010 dated February 14, 2024.
The scrutiny was conducted by a designated team and a committee of officers from the Directorate, ensuring compliance with the Recruitment Rules, and the norms and regulations of both the Government of India and the Andaman & Nicobar Administration.
Applicants can now view the provisional marks on the official Directorate of Education website at https://edurec.andaman.gov.in. The Directorate invites claims and objections, which must be submitted online. Only those documents and certificates originally uploaded with the application will be considered for any claims or objections. No additional documents or certificates will be accepted.
To submit a claim or objection, applicants should log in to the Directorate’s website using their registration number provided by the recruitment cell. Each applicant is allowed only one submission, so it is crucial to ensure accuracy and completeness in the submission. The online submission window is open from 9:00 AM on June 7, 2024, until 11:59 PM on June 12, 2024.
The provisional statement of marks is subject to change based on the resolution of claims and objections, as well as other necessary clarifications. The final list of selected candidates will be published after all administrative processes, including the resolution of claims and objections, are completed.
It is important to note that the provisional statement of marks does not guarantee selection for the post. The Department reserves the right to alter marks and cancel eligibility based on valid documentary evidence.
All certificates pertaining to academic and professional qualifications and documents evidencing experience will be verified with the issuing authorities. Any manipulation of documents will result in the cancellation of candidature and appropriate disciplinary action.
