The Directorate of Fisheries, Andaman & Nicobar Administration has extended the deadline for submission of applications under the UT Plan Scheme titled ‘Construction/Purchase of Motorized/Mechanised Fishing Boats’ for the financial year 2025-26. Eligible residents from both Municipal and Tribal areas of the A&N Islands can now apply until June 30, 2025.
Application forms and detailed scheme guidelines can be collected from the Zonal Fisheries Offices located in South Andaman and Nicobar or from the nearest Fisheries Sub-Stations. Additionally, the forms are available for download on the official website of the A&N Administration at www.andaman.gov.in.
Interested and eligible applicants have been advised to submit their duly filled application forms to their respective Zonal Fisheries Office or Fisheries Sub-Station on or before the extended deadline.
