The Athletics Association of Andaman & Nicobar Islands has announced the schedule for the District and State Athletics (Track and Field) Championships to be held in January 2026.
According to the Association, the North and Middle Andaman District Athletics Championship will be conducted on January 4 and 5, 2026, with the last date for submission of entries being January 3, 2026. The Nicobar District Athletics Championship is also scheduled for January 4 and 5, with entries to be submitted by January 3.
The South Andaman District Athletics Championship will be held on January 8 and 9, 2026, and athletes must submit their entries by January 5. This will be followed by the State Open Athletics Championship, scheduled for January 10 and 11, 2026, with the same entry deadline of January 5.
The Athletics Association has requested all participating athletes to submit their entries through the online registration system. Separate online registration links will be provided for each District Championship as well as for the State Championship. Athletes have been advised to make use of the online facility to ensure timely and hassle-free registration.
