Nicobarese are a tribe with immense potential to excel in all fields, what they need is a chance to showcase their talent. Everyone in the Island has at-least one Nicobari friend who has immense talent in the field of sports, music, language etc.
Very often we come across people from the Nicobari community posting their singing videos on social media websites and garnering great reactions. The Nicobari Community has umpteen talents but needs encouragement and platform to excel.
Ebrahim Jadwet a well known name from Andaman and Nicobar Islands recently found three talented boys on Social Media, who belongs to the Nicobari community and are immensely talented in the field of music. Apart from reacting and sharing their video on Social Media, Ebrahim Jadwet got in touch with them and organised a programme in association with Doordarshan, which will showcase the talents of these young boys in vocal singing and their mastery over guitar.
The local talents of the Islands Mr. Jenson, Mr. Ramesh and Mr. Kristen will enthral the audience on a show which will be telecasted on DD Port Blair at 1800 Hrs (6:00 Pm) on 23rd of November 2020. The show would include song performances in Hindi, Nicobarese and English by these young and talented members of the Nicobari community. The programme is anchored by Miss. Sweetie Sharma and is a part of CSR initiative of ANEMCO Pvt. Ltd.
