Andaman and Nicobar Hilal Committee through a Press Release has informed that the moon has been sighted in the Islands on 21st April 2023 (Friday), hence the Festival of Eid-Ul-Fitr which marks the conclusion of the holy month of Ramzan, will be celebrated all over the Islands on 22nd April 2023 (Saturday).
The Hilal Committee has conveyed its good wishes on the auspicious occasion to all the people of Andaman and Nicobar Islands.
