Elderly Residents of Ullas Old Age Home Taken on Spiritual Visit to ISKCON Temple

As part of the week-long celebrations marking International Women’s Day, the National Helpline for Senior Citizens (Elder Line 14567) under the Directorate of Social Welfare, A&N Administration, in collaboration with Pankh NGO, organized a spiritual visit for the inmates of Ullas Old Age Home to the ISKCON Temple recently.

During the visit, the elderly residents offered prayers and spent time in peace and spiritually uplifting environment. The outing brought immense joy and enthusiasm among the inmates, many of whom described the experience as refreshing and memorable.

In a gesture of support for the well-being of the residents, Pankh NGO donated a karaoke music system to Ullas Old Age Home to enhance recreational and entertainment activities.

On the occasion, Acharya of Chinmaya Mission, Mr. Shudhananda Saraswati, also interacted with the elderly residents, sharing words of wisdom and encouragement.
