Assistant Engineer, Electricity Department, Campbell Bay had earlier released a circular notifying power suspension timings at Campbell Bay to facilitate installation and fitment of two Coil Coolers in DG Set Unit 2 & 3 from 18th to 21st of May 2021.
Electricity Department has now clarified that work for installation of Coil Coolers couldn’t start today because of inclement weather. They further clarified even when the work starts they will try to give continuous power to the consumers and incase of any exigency power will be suspended as per the schedule released earlier.
It is being reported that Electricity Department will install the Coil Cooler first in the spare DG Set and will feed the feeders through the two other DG sets and incase of any fault in the running DG Sets the power suspension schedule will be implemented.
