In a startling revelation, a case has emerged involving espionage. The case, initiated based on intelligence received from an intelligence agency, has led to the apprehension of an individual engaged in suspicious activities at the Jetty area.

Upon receipt of the intelligence report, authorities swiftly registered a case at the PS Central Crime Station, CID, prompting an in-depth investigation. The focal point of the inquiry unveiled the involvement of a temporary staff member identified as P. Waseem, a resident of Wright Myo, Bambooflat. Waseem stands accused of sharing classified details pertaining to naval ship schedules and movements with an unauthorised person, posing a significant threat to national security.

The investigation further revealed a disturbing twist as it came to light that Waseem had been ensnared in a web of deceit orchestrated by an unidentified female. Employing social media platforms such as Facebook Messenger and Whatsapp, the female, through a facade of friendship, coerced Waseem into divulging confidential information.

Following meticulous investigation efforts, law enforcement authorities successfully apprehended the suspect, who is currently in police remand. Moreover, authorities are actively pursuing leads to ascertain the extent of involvement of other individuals implicated in the case.

In light of these developments, authorities urge the general public to exercise vigilance and caution, particularly regarding online interactions. Citizens are advised against accepting friend requests from unfamiliar individuals on social media platforms. Furthermore, any suspicious activities should be promptly reported to the authorities via the designated telephone numbers: 112/100, 232586, 233307, and 9474257242.
