As part of the National Family Welfare Programme, the Directorate of Health Services, in collaboration with the Union Territory Health Mission, will conduct a Fixed Day Family Planning Sterilization Service at Community Health Centre Rangat on December 2, 2025.
The medical team for the programme will be led by Dr. M.K. Saha, Professor (O&G), ANIIMS, along with Dr. Narayanan Rajaram, Grade-I Anesthetist and Head of Department, GBPH, Sri Vijaya Puram. Additional medical and support staff will assist in the procedure.
Eligible couples from Rangat and Billiground who wish to undergo sterilization have been encouraged to take advantage of the service. Interested individuals may contact the Medical Officer in charge at CHC Rangat or PHC Billiground to register their names for the required screening.
