Frontline Workers from Police, District Administration and other departments are dedicatedly performing their duties and helping the Islanders fight this war against COVID-19. These Frontline Workers are working 24X7 to ensure that the Islanders remain safe from the clutches of the deadly virus.

Frontline Workers especially from the Police Department are engaged everywhere, they are regulating the movement of general public on roads, manning the entry and exit of containment zones, they are seen in markets ensuring social distancing and other COVID protocols are followed etc.

Stepping out everyday amid the risk of COVID-19 with the same dedication and performing their assigned duties is commendable and all Front Line Heroes needs to be recognised for their exemplary dedication to duty.

Health Care Workers are ensuring the best possible treatment to those infected with the virus and these Frontline Workers are ensuring that people do not contract the virus at all.

They have equal importance as the Health Care Workers in the war against COVID-19.
