As part of the ‘Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat’ initiative and in accordance with the directives of the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, the Foundation Day of Manipur, Meghalaya, and Tripura was celebrated enthusiastically on January 21, 2025, at Raj Niwas. Individuals hailing from Manipur and Meghalaya participated in the event.
A short documentary on the culture and heritage of Manipur, Meghalaya, and Tripura was screened during the function. The event concluded with high tea, a group photograph, and the presentation of mementos to the invitees.
The participants expressed their gratitude to the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, and Raj Niwas for the initiative and for providing them with an opportunity and platform for interaction.
