The Department of Education has launched a free Table Tennis Coaching Camp at the Teachers Home Auditorium, Sri Vijaya Puram, with the objective of promoting physical fitness and nurturing young sporting talent.
The camp was inaugurated on 08th October 2025 by Mr. Rakesh Chandra Lall, former National Table Tennis player, who graced the occasion as the chief guest. In his address, Mr. Lall encouraged the participants to pursue the sport with dedication and discipline, inspiring young players to aim for excellence in table tennis.
Equipped with experienced coaches and a structured training schedule, the camp offers a valuable opportunity for students and enthusiasts to improve their skills and deepen their passion for the sport. The coaching sessions will be held from Monday to Thursday, between 4 pm and 5.30 pm, providing aspiring players with professional guidance and a platform to develop their potential.
