Identification and Assessment Camp for Children with Special Needs Under Samagra Shiksha to Be Held at Wimberlygunj

An Identification and Assessment Camp under Inclusive Education will be organised by the Block Project Officer, Wimberlygunj, under the Samagra Shiksha initiative. The camp is scheduled to take place on July 31, 2025, at GSSS Wimberlygunj Auditorium starting from 9:30 AM onwards.

The primary objective of the camp is to provide aids and appliances to already identified Children with Special Needs (CwSN) and to screen and identify children with suspected disabilities across various schools within the Wimberlygunj Block.

Parents and guardians of eligible children are advised to bring the following mandatory documents for availing benefits:

Disability Certificate (Minimum 40% disability – mandatory)

UDID Card (Minimum 40% disability – mandatory)

Aadhaar Card of the beneficiary

Income Certificate (Issued within the last 6 months, family income should not exceed ₹22,500/month)

Two passport size photographs (for NIRAMAYA Health Insurance Scheme)

Photocopy of Ration Card/BPL Card (for NIRAMAYA)

The initiative aims to enhance support systems for CwSN and ensure inclusive educational access through timely intervention and aid distribution.
