Identification and Assessment Camp for CwSN to Be Held at Campbell Bay on July 28

In a proactive step toward supporting inclusive education, the Block Project Officer of PM SHRI GSSS Campbell Bay will organize an Identification and Assessment Camp under the Samagra Shiksha initiative on July 28, 2025, starting from 9:30 am. The camp will be held at the Block Resource Room for Children with Special Needs (CwSN) within the school premises.

The initiative aims to identify children with suspected disabilities enrolled in schools across the Campbell Bay Block and provide necessary aids and appliances to those already identified as Children with Special Needs.

Parents and guardians are advised to ensure the following documents are submitted for the assessment and for availing benefits under the NIRAMAYA Health Insurance Scheme:

– Disability Certificate (mandatory; 40% disability or above)

– UDID Card (mandatory; 40% disability or above)

– Aadhaar Card of the beneficiary (mandatory)

– Income Certificate (issued within the last six months; monthly income should not exceed ₹22,500)

– Two passport-size photographs (for NIRAMAYA)

– Photocopy of Ration Card or BPL Card (for NIRAMAYA)

The camp reflects the administration’s commitment to promoting equitable educational opportunities and healthcare access for all children, especially those requiring special support.
