In a remarkable collaboration on World Meditation Day, the India Reserve Battalion (IRBn), A & N Police, hosted a special Meditation and Healing Session at the IRBn Headquarters in Port Mout. The event, organized in partnership with Pankh NGO, aimed to promote mental well-being and holistic healing.
The session, led by Yoga Therapist Mrs. Rajini Ahuja and Pankh NGO founder President Mrs. Komal Anand, alongside members Pooja Biswas and Devi K, focused on stress relief and mindfulness practices. The event saw an overwhelming turnout of over 63 participants, including IRBn personnel and their families.
Guided meditation and therapeutic techniques were shared to help participants alleviate stress, improve focus, and enhance overall mental and emotional well-being. Attendees expressed their appreciation for the session, highlighting the positive impact of incorporating mindfulness into daily routines.
The event was held under the leadership of Ms. Niharika Bhatt, IPS Commandant of IRBn, who emphasised the importance of such initiatives in fostering the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of the IRBn personnel.
With this initiative, the India Reserve Battalion reaffirms its commitment to holistic development and operational excellence, supporting the mental health of its members as a crucial component of their overall welfare.
