On 9th March 2023, International Women’s Day was celebrated at Police Line. An awareness lecture was organised in which Dr. Anit Chand from GB Pant Hospital discussed about the health & hygiene issues of women, especially police officers.
An Aerobic session was also organized. The participants were encouraged to speak about their issues and seek solutions.
Games and cultural programme were also organized for the participants.
Women Police officers were motivated to stay fit, healthy and professionally strong.
The entire programme was held under the supervision of Ms. Monika Bhardwaj, IPS, DIGP Armed Police Unit, Police Line.
