In order to facilitate availability of uninterrupted telecom connectivity during the COVID-19 situation , a help desk has been set up by Department of IT which has started functioning from 09.00 am on 29.04.2021 and shall function 24 x 7. The complaints related to non-availability of telecom connectivity may be submitted to the help desk through (1) email at helpdesk.antelco@gmail.com or (2) By calling in land line at Phone No. 03192-259842 or (3) by sending whatsapp message at 03192259842.
While submitting the complaint, the complainant has to provide following details (a) Area where telecom connectivity is not available (b) Since when telecom connectivity is not available (c) The name of the service provider (BSNL/ Airtel/Vodafone) and (d) The name of the complainant and her or his phone/ mobile number.
No complaints other than issues related to telecom connectivity would be entertained by the Help Desk. On resolution of the issue, the same will be informed to the complainant through email/ SMS/ Whatsapp message.
