M.V Ebrahim Ali Hussain a vessel owned by Ellon Hinengo Limited, has sailed for the Southern Group of Islands (Campbell Bay, Kamorta and Car Nicobar) on 3rd June 2021 at 1515 Hrs carrying essential supplies especially perishable cargo like Onion, Potato, Vegetables and Eggs.
The vessel is also carrying POL Products for IAF, Navy and Coast Guard.
M.V Chuglum recently supplied the Southern Group of Islands with much needed essential supplies and the cargo being carried by M.V Ebrahim Ali Hussain will ensure proper supply of all essential commodities to the Islanders living in the far flung Islands.
The ship is expected to reach its first port of call i.e Campbell Bay on 5th of June 2021 at about 1000 hrs.
The ship is carrying the following cargo for the Islands of the Southern Group:
For Campbell Bay:
- 106.650 Mt of Essential Commodities, Dry Ration, PDS Atta, Onion, Potato, Vegetables and Eggs.
- 1800 LPG Cylinders.
- 76 Kl Diesel for Electricity Department.
- 75 Drums Petrol for ANIDCO Petrol Pump.
- 150 Drums Petrol for ANIDCO Petrol Pump.
For Kamorta:
- 32.570 Mt of Provisions and Vegetables.
- 20 Kl HSD for Electricity Department.
For Car Nicobar:
- 114.550 Mt of Provisions and General Cargo.
- 16 Nos. 9 Kg Commercial LPG Cylinders.
- 75 Barrels Petrol for Petrol Pump.
- 125 Barrels Diesel for Petrol Pump.
