The Inner Wheel Club (IWC) successfully organized an inspiring motivational and empowerment session titled Beyond Academics at Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Institute of Technology (DBRAIT) on February 28. The event, held at 4 PM, saw the participation of 60 female students and aimed to instill confidence, foster creativity, and prepare students for future challenges.
Renowned quiz master and motivational speaker, Rtn. Abhijit Agarwal, delivered an engaging keynote address that left a lasting impact on the students. He encouraged them to embrace challenges, develop a growth mindset, and strive for excellence beyond academics. His insights resonated with the audience, inspiring them to explore new opportunities with confidence.
Adding a spiritual dimension to the event, Swami Ji from Chinmaya Mission blessed the students and emphasized the significance of self-discipline, inner strength, and service to the nation. His words provided a deeper perspective on personal and professional growth.
The event was further graced by Mrs. Vasundhara from Akola, Maharashtra, a past president and past district chairman of Club 303. She shared words of encouragement and took part in a ceremonial flag exchange with Mrs. R. Mahajan and Mrs. Neeta Agarwal, the current IWC President.
Professor Sanjay Malhotra received special recognition for his unwavering support and dedication to student development. His commitment to education and empowerment was widely appreciated by attendees.

Earlier, Mrs. Neeta Agarwal, President of IWC, welcomed the audience and encouraged students to seize this valuable opportunity for self-growth. The event concluded with a vote of thanks by Club Secretary Pallavi Gupta, who acknowledged the contributions of all participants and organizers.
