In response to the hurdles faced by candidates participating in the ongoing Forest Mazdoor Recruitment 2023, Mr. Kuldeep Rai Sharma, the Member of Parliament representing Andaman and Nicobar Islands, has called upon the Chief Secretary to facilitate daily additional bus services aiding candidates traveling to Rangat and back.

The recruitment process, slated to continue until December 15, 2023, has encountered logistical challenges for candidates commuting from Port Blair to Rangat. Both the State Transport Service (STS) and private buses have been operating at full capacity, leaving many candidates without seats. This predicament has raised concerns among candidates, risking missed opportunities to reach Rangat on time. Some have resorted to booking costly private vans to secure transportation.

In light of these challenges, the Member of Parliament has urgently urged the Chief Secretary to allocate a daily additional bus exclusively for Forest Mazdoor Recruitment candidates traveling to Rangat until the culmination of the recruitment process on December 15, 2023.

This proactive initiative seeks to alleviate the transportation constraints faced by aspirants, ensuring equitable access to the recruitment venue. The provision of supplementary transportation aims to mitigate financial burdens on candidates and enhance their prospects of timely arrival for the crucial recruitment proceedings in Rangat.
