Nehru Yuva Kendra, Port Blair organised a day long career guidance workshop at ANCOL on 14th February 2023. 150 Youths participated in the Career Guidance programme. Dr. S. Jayakumar, Principal, ANCOL was the chief guest on the occasion. Dr. S Jayakumar emphasised that the program will help the youth to identify their career goals, set education milestones and have a clear path to achieve their goals. He added that the workshop will prepare the participants for holistic career development.
Mr. Jwahar Lal Das, Economic Investigator, Department of Industries, A & N Administration, Dr. Treemurutulu, Associate Professor, ANCOL, Ms. Jaya Prabha Bhattacharya, Lecture, ANCOL and Dr. Sunita Patil, Lecturer were the resource persons for the programme and they addressed the students and spoke on different topics.
The participants raised several queries which were answered by different resource persons. Earlier, Mr. Gopal Ch. Biswas of Nehru Yuva Kendra welcomed the gathering.
