Mr. P Abdul Basheer, one of the two Pradhans elected under the banner of Andaman and Nicobar Democratic Congress recently left his old party and joined the Congress in the presence of Mr. Kuldeep Rai Sharma. Mr. P Abdul Basheer is the Pradhan of Kanyapuram Panchayat.
Gram Panchayat Members Ms. Reshma and Ms. C P Maimuna and Social Workers Mr. P K Abdul Gafoor and Mr. Shabaz also joined Congress along with Mr. P Abdul Basheer.
Mr. Kuldeep Rai Sharma, Member of Parliament, Andaman and Nicobar Islands welcomed Mr. P Abdul Basheer and other members in the party.
Mr. Kuldeep Rai Sharma advised the newly joined members to continue working for the betterment and welfare of the people of Andaman and Nicobar Islands.
