The case came to light on 3rd June 2025, when Mr. Nazrul Mandal, a resident of Birdline, reported that his house had been burgled while he and his wife were away at work. Upon returning, they found their home ransacked and discovered that ₹80,000 in cash and a domestic gas cylinder were missing.
