Strengthening its mission to provide specialized healthcare services to the people of Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Port Blair Guru Ki Rasoi, in collaboration with Gleneagles Hospital, Chennai, and under the guidance of the Health Department, successfully organized its 3rd Super-Specialist Health Camp at GB Pant Hospital on February 15 and 16, 2025.
Building on the success of its previous camps in November and December 2024, this latest initiative brought expert medical consultation and treatment closer to the local community. A team of renowned super-specialist doctors from Gleneagles Hospital, Chennai, provided consultations in key medical fields, with a particular focus on nephrology, cardiology, and neurology.
Among the leading specialists at the camp was Dr. Balaraman, a senior nephrologist, who offered expert consultations for patients suffering from kidney-related ailments.
The health camp witnessed an overwhelming response, with hundreds of patients benefiting from free consultations, diagnostic screenings, and expert medical advice. In addition to individual healthcare services, the camp also featured awareness sessions on preventive health, lifestyle diseases, and post-treatment care, aimed at educating the public on long-term wellness.
