The public hearing for the preparation of the Draft Island Coastal Regulation Zone (ICRZ) Plan for South Andaman is scheduled to be held on Nov.17, 2022, at 11 am in the auditorium of Tagore Govt. College, Port Blair.
Earlier, suggestions were invited from the public and other stakeholders within a period of 30 days of the publication and also soft copies of the Maps were made available in the Office of the Chairman, ANCZMA (Chief Secretary, A & N Administration), Member Secretary, ANCZMA [APCCF(CRZ&FC)], Van Sadan, Haddo, Deputy Commissioner (South Andaman), Assistant Commissioner (South Andaman), Tehsildar (Port Blair/ Ferrargunj), Member Secretary(Pollution Control Committee), Director (Tribal Welfare), Divisional Forest Officer (South Andaman), Range Officer (Garacharma/ Manglutan/ Tusnabad/ Jirkatang) and Range Officer [(SSU)South Andaman].
