In celebration of the 76th Republic Day, the Ration Rasheed Foundation, in partnership with GD Goenka Health Care, organized a significant cleanliness drive along the seashore near Megapode Road.
The event saw an impressive turnout of over 50 volunteers, including students and foundation members, all coming together to combat environmental degradation. Participants worked tirelessly to collect and segregate various forms of waste, including plastics, liquor bottles, and other debris, ensuring responsible disposal to preserve the coastal area’s natural beauty.
This initiative was more than just an environmental campaign; it was a tribute to the values of the Republic, reinforcing the collective responsibility to foster a cleaner and greener India. The drive highlighted the urgent need for sustainable waste management and pollution control, encouraging others to adopt eco-friendly practices.
