Residents of Three Revenue Villages of Campbell Bay to Stage Mass Dharna and Chakka Jam on 26 Aug

The residents of Laxmi Nagar , Gandhi Nagar and Shastri Nagar Villages of  Campbell Bay will stage a mass dharna and chakka jam to press for fulfilment of their demands on 26th of August 2021.

The residents have listed the issues which needs immediate redressal in a letter addressed to the Assistant Commissioner, Campbell Bay.

The issue raised by the residents include:

1. Irregular Power Supply.
2. Un-Availability of Internet Connectivity.
3. Poor Mobile Connectivity .
4. Implementation of MSP for Coconut/Copra.
5. Bad condition of North South Road.
6. Replacement of old STS Bus with New Busses.
7. Insufficient Staff at PHC, Gandhi Nagar and Unavailability of Ambulance.

The residents have mentioned in the letter that their issues have not been redressed even after frequently approaching the authorities.
