S U Maheswar Rao, Secretary, Mahasagar Fisheries Cooperative Society Ltd. has been appointed as Governing Body Member of the National Fisheries Development Board (NFDB). Hyderabad.
The Governing Body of the National Fisheries Development Board was recently reconstituted by the Ministry of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry and Dairying.
S U Maheshwar Rao is a young Islander working for the development of fisheries in the Islands and it is heartening that his efforts to improve the lives of the fishermen has been acknowledged and he has been appointed as one of the Governing Body Members of NFDB.
Mr. Vishal Jolly, National Executive Member of Bharatiya Janata Party and Former State President, Andaman and Nicobar Islands along with other BJP leaders felicitated Mr. S U Maheshwar Rao on being appointed as the Governing Body Member of NFDB, Hyderabad.
