Science Centre Celebrates Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam’s Birth Anniversary with Mobile Science Exhibition at GSSS Manglutan

The Science Centre celebrated the birth anniversary of Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam, India’s renowned scientist and former President, on October 15 with a series of engaging activities aimed at inspiring young minds.

As part of the celebration, a Mobile Science Exhibition was organized at Government Senior Secondary School, Manglutan. The exhibition encouraged students to explore scientific principles through hands-on activities and experiments, fostering curiosity and innovation among participants.

A storytelling session was also held during the event, highlighting the life, achievements, and enduring legacy of Dr. Kalam. His pivotal contributions to India’s space and missile programmes, along with his vision for empowering youth through science and education, were shared with the students to motivate them to pursue excellence in scientific fields.
