The Office of the Chief Electoral Officer (CEO), Andaman & Nicobar Islands, has informed all electors that Booth Level Officers (BLOs) have already distributed pre-filled Enumeration Forms in duplicate during the enumeration phase of the ongoing Special Intensive Revision of the electoral roll, with January 1, 2026 as the qualifying date. Electors have now been advised to submit their duly filled forms to their respective BLOs at the earliest to ensure their names are included in the draft electoral roll scheduled for publication on December 9, 2025.

BLOs are currently collecting the forms through house visits and are available to assist electors with any clarifications or guidance regarding form-filling and mapping. Those who have not received the Enumeration Form may contact their BLO directly or reach out to the Voter Helpline at 1950 for support.

CEO, A&N Islands, Mr. L. Kumar, IAS, has appealed to all electors to cooperate by submitting their signed Enumeration Forms without delay. He emphasized that only those who submit the forms will have their names included in the Draft Electoral Roll. Ensuring timely submission, he added, is crucial for maintaining a transparent, accurate, and comprehensive electoral roll, in line with the objective: “No eligible voter to be left out, and no ineligible person included in the electoral roll,” a press release from the CEO’s Office stated.
