Authorities have issued a warning for squally weather along the Andaman & Nicobar coast, predicting surface wind speeds of 35-45 kmph, with gusts reaching up to 55 kmph. The forecast remains in effect until September 8, 2024.
The sea conditions are expected to be rough to very rough, posing significant risks to small boats and fishing vessels. Fishermen in the region have been advised to refrain from venturing into the sea until conditions improve after September 8.
