Science Centre, Port Blair conducted State Level Science Project Competition for the school students studying in class IX to XI on 10th February 2023. The Project /Models of the students were kept on display for public viewing. Among the displayed project, the best three models were selected by a panel of judges.
Based on the evaluation, the project on ‘Mixed Framing or Integrated Framing’ presented by Ms. T Lavanya of St. Xavier School, Mannarghat was declared as first, ‘Bio Gas (methane)’ presented by Ms. Annanya Bala of St. Mary’s School, Bathubasti was declared as second prize winner where as ‘Smart Stick for blind’ (Robotics) presented by Mr. Sagar Minj of Ummat Public School, Austinabad was adjudged as third prize winner. Trophies alongwith cash awards of Rs.5000/-, Rs.3000/-, Rs. 2000/- & individual certificates will be distributed to the winning students on National Science (28th February 2023) at Science Centre, Port Blair.
