To mark the birthday of the Leader of Opposition, Mr. Rahul Gandhi, Mr. TSG Bhasker, Chairman of the Campaign Committee of the Andaman & Nicobar Territorial Congress Committee (ANTCC), distributed ration kits to underprivileged families in Sri Vijaya Puram on 19th June 2025.
As part of the initiative, around 25 ration kits were provided to residents of Wards No. 03 and 04. Each kit contained essential food items aimed at supporting families in need.
Speaking to local residents during the distribution, Mr. Bhasker described the effort as a gesture of service and solidarity with the less privileged.
Beneficiaries expressed gratitude for the assistance, and members of the community welcomed the outreach. The distribution was carried out as a part of a series of similar initiatives undertaken by various political and social organizations across the country to mark the occasion.
