A flag-hoisting ceremony marked by patriotic fervour was organised at the Block Congress Office, Rangat, where Mr. TSG Bhasker, Chairman of the Campaign Committee, Andaman & Nicobar Territorial Congress Committee (ANTCC), unfurled the National Flag.
The ceremony was attended by several senior party leaders and representatives, including Mr. Kandaswamy, Block President, Rangat; Ms. Sita Majhi, Pramukh, Rangat; Mr. Kishore Mistry, Panchayat Samiti Member; Mr. Saji Varghese, Chairman, Minority Department; Ms. Diksha Dular, President, Youth Congress; and Mr. Ameer Bax, Vice Chairman, Minority Department. PRI members, Congress leaders and party workers were also present on the occasion.
Addressing the gathering, Mr. TSG Bhasker reiterated the Congress party’s commitment to the ideals of the Indian Constitution and democratic values. He called upon party workers to dedicate themselves to public service, inclusive development and the strengthening of democratic institutions, while working in unity for the welfare of the people.
