In a heartwarming celebration aimed at fostering inclusivity and breaking barriers, the TSG Charitable Foundation marked World Disability Day in collaboration with the children of the “Add Life Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation Centre” at Prothrapur Community Hall this Sunday.
The Chairman of TSG Charitable Foundation, Mr. TSG Bhasker, inaugurated the event alongside esteemed dignitaries, commencing the ceremony with a poignant lamp lighting ceremony.
In a touching address, Mr. Bhasker emphasized the profound significance of providing love, care, and education to special children, fostering an environment where they can flourish. He expressed his immense joy and honour at being part of such a significant occasion.
The spotlight of the event shone brightly on the special children, who showcased their remarkable talents through mesmerising performances including dances, songs, and poetry, captivating the audience with their innate abilities.
This heartfelt gathering was meticulously organised through the collaborative efforts of Social Worker Mrs. M. Bindu and Programme Coordinator of TSG Charitable Foundation, Mr. Ameer Bux.
The event drew the presence of notable personalities, including Councillor of Ward no. 10, Mrs. T. Mangayakarasi, esteemed Social Workers Mr. Tamilselvan, Mr. Mohd. Zubair, Mr. Saji Varghese, Ms. Diksha Dular, Mrs. Fathima Imtiaz, Research Officer DHS Mr. M.L Peter, Occupational Therapist Mrs. Niti, Prosthetist and Orthotist Clinician Mr. Himadri Sekhar Debsharma, among others.
