In a significant step towards combating malnutrition, the TSG Charitable Foundation distributed Poshan Kits to 10 identified malnourished children at the Anganwadi Centre in Bathubasti on the occasion of Children’s Day.
Mr. TSG Bhasker, Chairman of the TSG Charitable Foundation, personally handed over the Poshan Kits to the families. The kits, which contain essential vitamins, minerals, and food supplements, are part of a broader initiative to address acute malnutrition among children in the region.
The program, aimed at eradicating acute malnutrition within the next four months, underscores the Foundation’s strong commitment to improving child nutrition and overall health in Port Blair.
The event was attended by several prominent social workers, including Mr. Arumugam, Mr. Mohd. Zubair, Ms. Diksha Dular, Mr. Abdul Shabir, and Ms. Fathima Imtiaz, who have been actively involved in supporting the cause.
This initiative marks a hopeful step forward in the Foundation’s ongoing efforts to create a healthier future for the children of the region.
