In a significant move to enhance healthcare services for the island’s residents, the TSG Foundation has extended its support to G.B Pant Hospital by donating a critical medical apparatus known as the “Pigtail Catheter.” This specialised equipment, unavailable in the Andaman and Nicobar Islands, promises to bolster the hospital’s health system, enabling it to better address the urgent medical needs of patients.
The donation of three “Pig Tail Catheters” was made possible through the collaborative efforts of Mr. TSG Bhasker, Director of the TSG Foundation. These essential medical devices were transported from the mainland to Port Blair, where they were handed over by Mr. Bhasker to Mr. Ameer Bux, Programme Coordinator of the TSG Foundation. Subsequently, Mr. Bux personally delivered the equipment to G.B Pant Hospital.
Mr. Bhasker, expressing the organisation’s commitment to the healthcare sector, emphasized, “In line with TSG Foundation’s core values, we are committed to partner within the healthcare sector. Through our efforts, we are striving to ensure affordable and quality healthcare by providing support to local communities in need.”
