In a proactive move towards environmental conservation and sustainable tourism, the dedicated employees of TSG Hotels & Resorts took to Marina Park beach for a thorough cleanup on Friday morning. Their efforts resulted in the collection of approximately 15 bags filled with plastic and assorted waste materials that had littered the beachfront.

The joint initiative, spearheaded by the committed teams from TSG Emerald View Hotel and TSG Grand Hotel, saw enthusiastic staff members dedicating over an hour to meticulously gather plastic bottles, wrappers, and various debris, with the aim of restoring the beach to its pristine condition, free from plastic pollutants.

At the heart of this cleanliness drive lay the overarching goal of fostering public awareness regarding sustainable practices in tourism while championing the cause of environmental preservation.

Notably, Mr. TSG Bhasker, the Managing Director of TSG Hotels & Resorts, actively participated in the beach cleanup, setting an inspiring example for the staff. His presence served as a motivating factor, encouraging continued engagement in similar initiatives to ensure the maintenance of cleaner beachfronts in the future.

The seamless execution of the beach cleanup drive was orchestrated under the close supervision and coordination of Mr. Chiranjit Das, Corporate General Manager of TSG Hotels & Resorts. His oversight ensured the efficiency and success of the endeavour, emphasising the organisation’s commitment to responsible environmental stewardship.

The concerted efforts of the TSG Hotels & Resorts employees stand as a testament to their dedication not only to hospitality but also to the wellbeing of the environment. Their collective action serves as a rallying call for communities to actively participate in preserving natural landscapes for future generations.
