Bharatiya Janata Party leaders have been campaigning tooth and nail every day in every nook and corner of the Islands. National leaders of the party are camping in the Islands and are going door to door for the campaign.
State leaders have been assigned their campaign area and they are working hard on explaining to the public the work done until now by the BJP, Andaman and Nicobar Islands team and the work planned by the party which will be executed post-elections.
Mr. Dilip Saikia, Hon’ble Member of Parliament and National General Secretary of Bharatiya Janata Party was seen campaigning in ward No. 4,5 of PBMC today.
Mr. Asish Sood, National Executive Member, BJP was seen campaigning in Indira Nagar and other areas of South Andaman today.
Mr. Vishal Jolly, National Executive Member and Former State President, BJP, Andaman and Nicobar Islands campaigned in Bambooflat area along with other party supporters.
Mr. Ajoy Bairagi, State President, BJP, A & N Islands is on a tour of Shaheed Dweep & Swaraj Dweep and is campaigning for the candidates of BJP there. Mr. Bishnu Pada Ray, Former Member of Parliament, Andaman and Nicobar Islands is campaigning for the candidates of the party in Diglipur.
Mr. K Annamalai, Former IPS Officer and at present State President of BJP Tamil Nadu is due to arrive at Port Blair tomorrow and as per our sources, he will stay in the Islands for two days.
BJP’s National and State leaders are working together towards securing votes for their candidates in every nook and corner of the Islands.
Speaking to Nicobar Times, Dr. Jijith Rekh, Spokesperson, BJP, Andaman and Nicobar Islands said “Unified effort by all BJP Leaders has created a wave in favour of BJP.”
