Vaibhav Writes to PM Seeking Resources to Increase RT-PCR Testing in Andamans

Vaibhav a resident of Junglighat, Port Blair who currently resides in Delhi has written a letter to Prime Minister Narendra Modi seeking more resources for Andaman and Nicobar Islands so that RT-PCR tests can be easily made available for everyone.

Vaibhav in his letter has mentioned that people all over the world are free to get themselves tested at any point of time and the Islanders expect the same. He further mentioned the need to setup RT-PCR Centres across Islands for early detection of cases which results in saving lives.

In his letter Vaibhav mentioned to the PM the methodology of test, track and treat helps in avoiding the escalation of the problem.

He further hailed the Member of Parliament Mr. Kuldeep Rai Sharma, BJP State President Mr. Ajoy Bairagi and Former BJP State President Mr. Vishal Jolly for doing the best to help control the spread of the virus in the Islands.

Vaibhav also requested the Prime Minister to help the Islands in getting enough vaccines to immunise everyone against COVID-19.

Vaibhav also mentioned to the PM that tourism is life line for more than half the population of Andamans and requested him to hear the grievances of the people associated with the tourism industry as they are facing huge losses because of the pandemic.
