Ms. Sumathi Sudharsan, a Village Level Entrepreneur (VLE) from Calicut, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, has been recognized for her exceptional performance in delivering online citizen services. SOVTECH, on behalf of the Department of Information Technology (DIT) and the Andaman & Nicobar Administration, extended their congratulations to Ms. Sudharsan for her achievement of 13,620 counts of online services provided through the Common Service Center (CSC) Calicut during the financial year 2023-24.
CSC e-Governance Services India Ltd., under the Government of India, honoured Ms. Sudharsan for her remarkable contributions at the CSC Diwas and Award Ceremony. The event took place on July 16, 2024, at the Stein Auditorium, India Habitat Centre, New Delhi. Ms. Sudharsan’s dedication and hard work have significantly benefited the local community, ensuring essential services are accessible to all.
Her recognition highlights the vital role of VLEs in bridging the digital divide and enhancing the delivery of government services at the grassroots level. The award serves as a testament to her commitment and the positive impact of the CSC initiative in the Andaman & Nicobar Islands.
