The Chief Electoral Officer (CEO), Andaman & Nicobar Islands, has announced that the Draft Electoral Roll–2026 for the Andaman & Nicobar Parliamentary Constituency was published on December 23, 2025, as part of the ongoing Special Intensive Revision (SIR) exercise. With the publication of the draft roll, the period for filing claims and objections has commenced and will remain open till January 22, 2026.

To facilitate verification, Booth Level Officers (BLOs) have been stationed at all polling stations with copies of the draft electoral roll. Electors can visit their respective polling stations to check the inclusion and accuracy of their names. Copies of the Absent/Shifted/Deceased (ASD) list are also available with the BLOs for public verification. The draft electoral roll and the ASD list have additionally been uploaded on the official website of the Chief Electoral Officer, ceoandaman.nic.in, and on the Election Commission of India (ECI) portal, voters.eci.gov.in, for wider public access.

All eligible citizens aged 18 years and above whose names do not appear in the draft electoral roll can apply for inclusion by submitting Form-6 along with the required declaration to their concerned BLO or through the ECI online portal. Electors seeking correction of entries in the roll can submit Form-8, while objections to existing entries may be filed using Form-7. Adequate numbers of Forms 6, 7, 8 and declaration forms have been made available with the BLOs.

To further assist electors, special camps will be organised at all polling stations on December 27 and 28, 2025, and January 10 and 11, 2026. During these camps, BLOs will be available to help electors verify their details and facilitate inclusion, correction and objection-related processes.

For any assistance or clarification, electors may contact their respective Booth Level Officer or call the Voter Helpline Number 1950.
