In a proactive step towards improving access to government welfare schemes, the Office of the Child Development Project Officer (CDPO), Rural Diglipur, will be conducting a series of special camps throughout the month of June 2025 across various Gram Panchayats in the region. These camps are designed to facilitate the enrollment of eligible beneficiaries under a range of social security pension schemes, including the Pradhan Mantri Matru Vandana Yojana (PMMVY), and other Central and State-sponsored welfare programs.

This outreach initiative aims to ensure that vulnerable sections of society—including women, children, senior citizens, widows, and persons with disabilities—receive the entitlements due to them under various welfare schemes. The camps will be held in different Gram Panchayats starting from June 10 at Shibpur, followed by Gandhinagar on June 11, Keralapuram on June 12, R.K. Gram on June 13, Kishorinagar on June 16, Paschimsagar on June 17, Madhupur on June 18, Laxmipur on June 19, Radhanagar on June 20, Sitanagar on June 23, Nabagram on June 24, Kalighat on June 25, Ramnagar on June 26, Subhash Gram on June 27, and concluding with Diglipur on June 30. Each camp is scheduled to begin at 10:30 AM at the respective Gram Panchayat venues.

Residents of the listed areas are urged to attend the camps on the designated dates to avail themselves of this opportunity to enroll in appropriate schemes such as old age pension, widow pension, disability pension, and PMMVY. The CDPO Office has encouraged all eligible individuals to bring essential documents including Aadhaar Card, Ration Card, Bank Passbook, passport-size photographs, and any other relevant proof of eligibility to ensure smooth enrollment during the camps.
