Vishal Jolly Visits Fire-Ravaged Rangat Bazaar, Pledges Support for Victims

Mr. Vishal Jolly, National Executive Member of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and Former State President of BJP-ANI, undertook a visit to the site of a recent devastating fire that wreaked havoc in Rangat Bazaar. The senior BJP leader took stock of the situation, interacting with victims who faced substantial losses in terms of livelihood, homes, and property.

During his visit, Mr. Jolly engaged in heartfelt conversations with the affected families, listening to their plight and understanding the magnitude of the challenges they now face. Expressing solidarity with the victims, he assured them of the party’s commitment to address their concerns at various levels of governance.

Subsequently, Mr. Jolly held discussions with the Deputy Commissioner of North and Middle Andaman to strategise and initiate measures for assessing the extent of damages caused to the affected families fairly. The goal is to expedite the process of providing assistance and relief to those in dire need.

In a proactive move, Mr. Jolly also announced his determination to escalate the matter to higher echelons of the administration. He pledged to bring the issue to the attention of the Hon’ble Lt. Governor of the Andaman and Nicobar Islands and the Chief Secretary of the Andaman and Nicobar Administration.

The primary objective is to provide a comprehensive briefing on the substantial financial losses incurred due to the major fire incident. Mr. Jolly emphasised the urgency of immediate action, urging the release of compensation to the affected families to ensure their survival and aid in the process of rebuilding their lives.
